Sr. NVH Test Engineer

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The person hired for the position will lead and perform noise, vibration, harshness, and thermal management testing projects.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Managing and performing testing to validate the solution for full vehicle and component
- Analyzing test results and making recommendations for requirement verification of the product or solution
- Developing, implementing, and standardizing advanced test methods and procedures
- Working collaboratively with development engineers, application engineers, and account managers to support design and product optimization.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in a science or engineering discipline
- Three (3) years of NVH or Acoustics experience in a private, public or military environment.
