Brandon Guichard is President of Aearo Technologies. A proud Virginia Tech graduate, Brandon began his career at General Electric in Finance & Accounting. After returning to school to complete his MBA at the University of Virgina Darden School of Business, Brandon joined 3M in 2013 as a Business Development Manager where he led Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing initiatives within several Consumer, Healthcare, and Transportation & Electronics divisions.

Brandon then transitioned into manufacturing as a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt and expanded his operational leadership responsibilities as a Manufacturing Operations Manager in Decatur, AL before moving to Indianapolis, IN to take on the role of Plant Manager for Aearo Technologies. Leveraging the experiences across 3M manufacturing and supply chain, he moved back to the business side of the company as a Global Portfolio Leader within 3M’s Personal Safety Division before re-joining the Aearo Technologies team as President.
