Brian is the Quality Director for Aearo Technologies. He is responsible for the Quality Management System and for leading the quality organizations at all Aearo Technologies facilities.

Brian joined 3M in 2010 after graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also has a physics degree from Emporia State University. In his 3M career, Brian has held various engineering and leadership roles that include operations, technical, and quality leadership. As the Quality Manager for the 3M Nevada site, Brian led projects to improve PPU and enhance the customer experience. Brian joined the 3M Indianapolis team in 2021 as the Operations Manager, where he focused on continuous improvement plantwide, before moving on to Aearo as Quality Director.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and kids riding bikes, hiking, and being outdoors together.
