Jennifer Young joined Aearo Technologies as Director of Marketing in 2021 and is tasked with building the company’s marketing vision, strategy, and direction. A Silicon Valley native, Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from San Jose State University. She has served in marketing and advertising roles for close to 20 years with experience in all facets of marketing, having worked in a variety of industries from small startups to global corporations, including a seaside amusement park. Her passion lies in building strategic, integrated marketing programs that create synergy throughout all levels of the organization, from sales to R&D.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her two young children and exploring the Midwest as a recent transplant. Her family loves the outdoors, especially hiking and swimming. Jennifer also loves music and attends concerts as often as she can.
