Matt Gualdoni is the Portfolio Manager for Aearo Technologies. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from Purdue University. Matt possesses a wide range of experience in business leadership, quality leadership, and operations management.

Matt has over 10 years of experience with Aearo Technologies LLC and has held roles in senior quality and business leadership. Prior to Aearo, Matt worked for General Motors and held roles of increasing responsibility in operations and quality leadership. 

In his current role, Matt has driven robust growth in both the aerospace and electronics segments. In previous roles, Matt has spearheaded significant organizational changes, including the ISO9001/IATF16949 quality system transition, data system development, and numerous operational and systemic improvement initiatives.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys reading, golfing, biking, attending his children’s sporting events, and spending time with his family.
